Club Notes: June 12th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 10, 13, 24, 25, 30 and ten winners each received £10. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
There will be an opportunity tomorrow night, Thursday, at the Clubrooms from 7:00 to 8:00pm to place orders for Club Merchandise.
Last Friday, we fell to Clonoe in Reserve and Senior League games but both of our teams put on good performances. Clonoe’s more accurate shooting gave them the edge. The Leagues continue this Saturday with our Reserves and Senior going to Eglish. Times to be confirmed but will probably be at 4:00 and 5:30pm to facilitate parking for Mass in Eglish.
Our Minor Footballers lost in the League play-offs to Ardboe but, along with their management team, they can feel proud of their preparation and performances this year. A few of them have been coming to train with our Reserves and Seniors and, hopefully, more of them will become involved at adult level over the Summer. They will also have a big part to play in the U21 Competition.
Well done also to our U14 Footballers and Managers who made it through to the League Final which takes place tonight, Wednesday, at 7:30pm in Drumragh against Dromore. All support welcome.
Our Senior Hurlers are scheduled to play Shamrocks on Friday night.
Our U14 Girls are in the Championship Quarter Finals and play Edendork this Saturday in Ballinamullan at 11:00am.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Sylvester McNulty. For many years he was a regular of our fundraising card drives in Ballinamullan.
Ladies Football
All training as usual.
Last night, Tuesday, our U14 Girls continued their winning ways beating the Rock by 8-12 to 5-06. This Saturday morning at 11:00am in Ballinamullan they face Edendork in the Quarter Finals of the Championship. All support welcome.
