Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 5, 6, 14, 17, 27 and ten winners each won £10. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Pride of place this week goes to our Scór representatives. On Sunday night our Set Dancers and Novelty Act Group won County Titles and we wish them all the best in the Ulster Semi Final. We also were represented in four other finals and not only did we take part but we competed very, very strongly and this shows the strength and depth and talent that we have in Scór. We acknowledge the great work being done by our Culture Sub Committee.
Membership is definitely now due and completed Registration Forms must by returned to Kenny Laing along with appropriate payment. Forms can be downloaded from the Club Website and hard copies can be obtained in the Fitness Suite and from various team Managers.
Our Senior Footballers had their first game of the year last Sunday and performed well. Training continues as usual. Membership forms must be brought to training this Friday night.
We wish the Sacred Heart College U-16 Girls team all the best in tomorrow night’s Ulster Final in Emyvale at 6pm. A good turnout of supporters would be appreciated.
We congratulate the Loreto Convent on winning the U-20A Ulster Title last Thursday and wish them all the best in the All Ireland series.
All the best to Brian McAleer who this Saturday, as Tyrone Champion, plays in the Ulster Primary Schools U-11 Handball Championship in Glenfin, Donegal.
Well done to Barry McCaul and his group of coaches and the children and parents who helped to get Gaelic Start off to a good beginning last Saturday.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Aiden Devlin. Aiden was an enthusiastic player and as a teenager played for us at both youth and adult level but had to move away to get work.
We were shocked to hear of the death of Martin Mimnagh our former Hurler and Footballer in a road accident in Wexford and extend sympathy to the family circle.
