Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 1, 11, 12, 13, 28 and D Flanagan, Farmhill Close, won £100. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Our Senior Footballers never reached the level of intensity of the drawn game and fell to Dromore in last Friday night’s replay but can use this year’s Championship as a springboard. First of all we have to secure our place in Division 1. We have tough games ahead. On Saturday our Reserves really took the game to Errigal Ciaran in the first half and almost caused an upset. We failed to convert all our chances and Errigal Ciaran came right back in to the game. In the second half they forged ahead. The Reserves also have league games left and further opportunities to prove their worth.
We wish our Handballers all the best in the World Championships in Dublin at the weekend.
Our Under 13 Footballers had two good performances last Saturday, beating Trillick and falling narrowly to Omagh.
With the coming of the long nights we will organise a social and fundraising night or two between mid October and Christmas. Watch Club Notes and Website for dates and details. We will also be looking for your scrap metal in the not too distant future.
