Club Notes: September 26th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 3, 20, 24, 28, 30 and twenty winners each received £5. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Our Senior Footballers put on a strong fighting performance last Friday night in the Championship Semi Final to earn themselves a replay. So it is back to Healy Park this Friday night for a second meeting with County Champions, Dromore.
The Senior Semi Final is on Friday night and the Reserve Knockout Semi Final is on Saturday when we will play Errigal Ciaran at a venue to be confirmed at 12:00 noon.
Last Saturday morning was a busy time in Ballinamullan with more than 300 young boys and girls taking part in Hurling and Camogie blitzes and a big turn out for the Vintage Rally in memory of the late Tom Gray which used Ballinamullan as a starting and finishing point. Thank you to all who helped with the smooth running of a packed programme of events.
Things are slowing down ay Youth level but our U-13 Football teams and our Minor Hurling team are still preparing and playing competitively.
Youth Football
At this time both U-13 games scheduled for this Saturday are fixed as home games. Cappagh A will play Trillick at 11:00am and Cappagh B Dev will play Omagh B with a 12:15pm throw-in.
U-8 and U-10 coaching continues on Tuesday nights 6:30 to 7:30pm.
Youth Hurling
U-8 and U-10 training has now concluded on Tuesday evenings because of the light and all enjoyed the All County Blitz on Saturday past.
It is hoped to go indoors later in the year and when arranged the schools will be notified.
Minor Hurling training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:30pm. We play Eoghan Ruadh Dun Geanaínn on Saturday evening at 5:00pm in Dungannon. More details at training.
The Senior Hurling meeting is again postponed on Friday due to the football replay but will be rearranged shortly.
