The U-14 girls had a great start to the league against a strong Rock team followed by a defeat to a well organised Aghyaran team.
This became the foundation of our run in the league as we got a view of the standard that was required at this grade.
Cappagh followed this up with small margin victories against Moy, Beragh, Edendork, Coalisland and Kildress. This has been a competitive league with little margins between the teams.
Cappagh finished up with one defeat in the league to get to the final with the team showing strong development throughout. A measure of our development and commitment shown by the girls is evident by the huge numbers at training, twice weekly since March.
A league final appearance is just rewards for their efforts. We would also like to thank Damian McCrory, Mark Bradley and Mairead McCann for all their hard work and commitment shown to the girls.
Please come out and support our U-14s on Sunday 1st July in Drumragh at 6:00pm.
