Come Dine with Cappagh has got many people talking and wondering. To find out more about a social, fundraising event with a difference please contact A. Meenan, D. McCann, J. Lowry, M. McCann, P. McCrory, E. McCrory, S. O’Kane or M. Corcoran.
Last Man (or Woman) Standing will begin next weekend, 11th February. Sean O’Kane and his usual team of promoters would welcome some new sellers.
Marked in on the calendar, March to August, we have a Super Teenage Disco, a Night at the Cards, a 10K Run, a Night at the Races (Ladies), a Festival Weekend and a Golf Classic (keep an eye on the website for details). We are giving our full support to the two big Cycle Events of 2012, one celebrating the life of Sharlene Casement (Feb ‘12) and the other being organised by Jimmy Carrigan (May ’12) to commemorate his wife, Gina, and with both events supporting major charities we decided not to organise our own fundraising Cycle until next March. We may, however, organise a smaller event between the end of February and May for those training for the second big Charity Cycle and also for the more casual cyclists.
Training for Senior and Reserve footballers tomorrow night, Friday, at 8:00pm at Youth Sport.
There are Birthday parties and there are Birthday parties but the one in Donegal at the weekend would take some beating.
Sincere sympathy to our youth player, Adam Potts, on his recent bereavement and also to the family circle.
Completed Membership forms and fees can be given to Kenny Laing.
Items of Club wear and playing gear can be purchased from Mary Meenan or Pauline McGinn.
