CLUB NOTES: September 28th

If you were at the circuit programme in the Cappagh Suite on Monday night you will no doubt be going back for more; if you were not, then you should go to the next session.  (For full details see sidebar.)
We are hosting two championships Semi Finals on Sunday and we need a big turn out of stewards and workers, male and female.
The first game, Killeeshil v Fintona is timed for 3.30pm with the Loughmacrory v Kildress game at 5.00pm. So it will be all go from 2.00pm. Please come and help us anytime on Sunday afternoon.
There will be a Committee Meeting next Thursday night 6th October at 8.00pm.

Cappagh
Indoor hurling starts this Friday evening in the Cappagh Parish Centre with the Under 8s from 6.30 – 7.30 and the
Under 10s and Under 12s from 7.30 – 8.30.
There is also an
Under 12 hurling blitz on Saturday morning hosted by Omagh at Healy Park with a 10.30am start. More details will be available Friday evening.
Three coaching sessions for
Under 13 hurlers have been planned by the County Board for 8th,15th and 22nd October (11am – 1.00pm), more details will be available shortly.
Cappagh Ladies
Why not get fit and toned up for those Christmas parties which are now only 3 months away.  Gary Wallace is running a 12 week circuit training programme in the Cappagh Suite at Ballinamullan. Sessions are designed for all abilities incorporating fat burning, toning and core exercises. (See Sidebar)
Well done to all those who took part in the All-Ireland 7s competition in Dublin at the weekend, it might not have been a successful trip but its safe to say a great time was had by all (for a full report click here).
The following players from Cappagh are invited to attend the
Under 13 and Under 15 Development Squads: Caitlin Kelly, Blathain O’Neill, Michaela Hackett, Aoife Taggart, Ciara McDermott, Dearbhala McMullan are asked to attend on Saturday at youth sport at 10:30am for the Under 13 development and then on Sunday also at Youth Sport at 12 Noon for Under 15 Development Clodagh McGinn, Grainne McCann, Noleen Carlin, Louise Sloan, Bronwyn Kelly, Megan McLaughlin are asked to attend.
