Club Notes: September 3rd

Winning numbers in the club lotto were 6, 17, 18, 29, 30 and ten winners each won £15. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. You can enter online on our website or via Klubfunder.

Our online merchandise shop is now live and can be accessed at www.killycloghergaa.com/clubshop. For your convenience, a number of items are still available in the club shop at Ballinamullan, which will remain open on Thursdays between 7:00 and 8:00pm until remaining stock is cleared.

Our senior men defeated Carrickmore last Wednesday and were defeated by Galbally on Sunday which concludes their league campaign. All attention now turns to the championship match against Loughmacrory on Friday week, 12th September, at Healy Park.

Our senior ladies defeated Moortown in the league on Sunday evening. They travel to Errigal Ciaran this Sunday evening at 6:30pm in the championship quarter-final.

Our minor boys’ team were defeated by Loughmacrory in the grade two league final on Saturday at Beragh which concludes their season.

Our U16 boys’ grade one team play Clonoe tonight, Wednesday, in the league and travel to Carrickmore on Saturday week.

The club were greatly saddened to learn of the death of our former player and underage coach Paul Dillon. We extend our sincerest sympathies to his wife Sarah, children Lily, Cillian and Shea (who are very active playing members and representatives of our club) and the wider family.
