With the successful conclusion of the inter-county season, our attention now returns to the club scene. Our reserves are still in the mix in the league to add to their Knock-Out title and the Senior Championship starts in two weeks. This Sunday, we are at home to Errigal Ciaran in the league for games at 2:15 and 3:45pm.
Our senior ladies defeated Edendork last weekend and this Saturday they are away to Ardboe.
Our minor girls play Moortown in the championship final tonight, Wednesday, at 6:30pm in Kildress after defeating Glenelly last week. We wish them the very best of good luck. All support appreciated.
Our U17 boys play Donaghmore away tomorrow evening, Thursday, in the league semi-final and are at home to Ardboe on Monday evening in the championship quarter-final. We wish them good luck in both games.
Last Sunday, after a gap of three years, we took part in a competitive underage hurling match when our U13s played Naomh Colum Cille. This Saturday they are away to Fintona. Well done to everyone involved.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Anna McCaffrey (Ballygawley) some of whom were involved in our club.
