Our senior footballers put up a strong show on Sunday to defeat Trillick in a starred game. Although we had plenty of possession, bad finishing meant that we struggled to establish a lead. The breakthrough finally came with a goal with ten minutes to go.
Our reserves pulled ahead with a 7-point lead midway through the second half but in the end had to fight hard to get an equalising point.

On Saturday evening we host the ladies Ulster championship semi-finals, Cavan v Donegal and Armagh v Monaghan, with the first match at 5:00pm. We need stewards from 4:00pm.
The Night at the Races takes place on Friday night week, 24th June, in the Village Inn. Names of sponsors and horses and money should be returned over the weekend and not later than Monday evening except for youth players who can bring their returns to coaching on Tuesday evening.
For a fun end to the school year, a sports evening is being held in Ballinamullan on Tuesday 28th June from 6:30 to 8:30pm, with races, skills tests and fun activities for the young and not-so-young.
In the preliminary round of the ladies senior championship, we have been drawn against Glenelly on Friday evening at 8:15pm in Drumragh.
Tomorrow night, Thursday, the U12 girls are at home to Fintona.

Our annual Primary Schools’ competition, The Donnelly Cup, takes place this Friday at Ballinamullan. This long-established day for the Primary Schools of the Parish is always a highlight of the year and we encourage all to come along and watch our stars of the future.
