The match began with presentations in memory of Matty Drumm in light of the upcoming Miles For Matty events.
Our Reserves drew on a scoreline of 2-07 to 0-13, unluckily missing out on the win with a last kick of the game point from Omagh.
Match Report Courtesy of Teamtalkmag.com:
“Killyclogher and Omagh served up an entertaining affair at Ballinamullen before the home side emerged four point winners. A first half goal from Tomas Flanagan helped Killyclogher establish a decent platform with Simon O’Neill and Marty Swift adding points that saw the home side lead 1-6 to 0-3 at the break. Cathal Mc Carron was Omagh’s main attacking threat in a disappointing first half hour for the visitors.
Omagh then hit five of the next six points with Conor O’Donnell, Jason Mc Anulla and Conan Grugan helping get their team back on track. However a point from Leo Meenan steadied the ship for Killyclogher and further scores from Marty Swift, Simon O’Neill and Tiernan Cox ensured the home side recorded their fourth win of the season.
Final score: Killyclogher 1-11, Omagh 0-10.”
