Club Notes: August 19th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 21, 22, 26, 27, 30 and four winners each received £25. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
A wide range of clubwear available in the Club Merchandise shop tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm. Ideal for back to school requirements.
Members who have requested for the All Ireland Semi Final should collect their allocation in the clubrooms tomorrow night, Thursday, from 9:00 to 10:00pm.
On Sunday last we had two good games with Clonoe. Our Reserves bounced back after defeat on Thursday night in the Reserve KO to put on an impressive performance. The Seniors had a winning margin of nine points and it took a very good second half performance to earn it as at half-time just one goal separated the teams.
We wish our own clubmen and Tyrone every success in Sunday’s All Ireland Semi Final.
Our Minor Hurlers were scheduled to play Dungannon last night, Tuesday, and the U16 Boys play Dromore tomorrow night, Thursday, and are away to Loughmacrory on Saturday in Div 1. In Div 3 U16 we are at home to Derrylaughan on Saturday at 1:00pm.
Our U16 Ladies played Glenelly last night, Tuesday, and play Dromore on Saturday.
Our Senior Ladies play Killeeshil tonight, Wednesday, in an important league game.
A big thankyou to everyone who made the Golf Classic such a successful event last Friday, those who generously sponsored the event and the tees and those who took part and a special word of thanks to the Captain and Committee of Omagh Golf Club for their co-operation and hospitality.
