Club Notes: December 10th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 3, 9, 14, 23, 28 and Connor Sweeney, Ciara Bradley and Carmel Rafferty each won £35. The main Jackpot stands at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Still a few Christmas presents? Well why not solves your problems by calling at the shop in the Clubrooms tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm and select an item or two from Mary and Pauline’s wide range of attractive clubwear.
Last Sunday’s AGM brought all sections of the Club together. Success both on and off the field in 2014 provided a good launch pad for 2015. Best wishes were expressed to those who suffered health setbacks in 2014 and sympathy to all who had suffered bereavements since the last AGM.
A big thank you to Mickey Meenagh and the staff of Hughie Ruadh’s for their hospitality in hosting our Night at the Races. A big thank you also to those who sponsored races, bought horses or attended on the night.
Sunday December 28th is the date for the big game featuring the 2003 County Champions and the 2014 Division 1 League Winners. On a point of information to all Members, there will be a Special General Meeting on Sunday 28th December to decide on the transfer of a piece of land. Time for the meeting will be tied in with the match time.
Our young Handballer Ronan Daly suffered a broken arm and we wish him a speedy recovery.
Our Gaelic Start programme came to an end last Saturday with Santa appearing as a special guest. Well done to everyone who made the programme so successful and enjoyable for the children.
