Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 1, 10, 13, 19, 29 and eleven winners will each receive £10. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which will take place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
A major event in the GAA calendar may have taken place in Croke Park on Sunday last but for our Senior Ladies it was all happening some hours earlier on Saturday evening in Kildress. A very impressive Dungannon Aodh Ruadh left us chasing the game for most of the first half as they kept tagging on scores. It was very different in the second half however as our Ladies went on the attack and confined Dungannon to scoring just two points and cut back the lead to one point entering the last minutes. That’s how it finished however. Well done and hard luck to a well organised and spirited panel of players and to their officials and coaches, with a special word to Ciaran Carland.
Our U13 Boys played Dromore last night, Wednesday, and our Senior Men have still to play Dromore and Clonoe in the League.
