Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 8, 17, 18, 21, 24 and 21 winners each received £5. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
In the League games last Sunday our Reserves got the day off to a winning start with a well-earned victory over the Moy in a good opening game. The Senior encounter was a more dogged affair with scores hard to come by and in the end finished up a draw. We have Senior League action tomorrow night, Thursday, at 7:30pm with Errigal Ciaran as visitors.
Our Boys Minor Footballers play the long-awaited County Semi Final game with Moortown in the Championship in Killeeshil on Friday night.
Our Ladies play their Championship Quarter Final against Errigal Ciaran on Tuesday night, 5th August, at 8:00pm.
Our U16 Footballers play Dromore on Sunday evening and our U14 Hurlers played Dungannon last night, Tuesday.
Everyone interested in Hurling is invited to the Hurling Weekend in Garvaghey with coaching and a chat show on Friday night involving Fergie O’Laughlin from Clare and Offaly’s Daithi O’Reagan and members of successful of Tyrone All Ireland Senior Hurling teams.
