Club Notes: June 18th

Winning numbers in the club lotto were 3, 14, 20, 22, 27 and six winners will each receive £20. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. You can enter online on our website or via Klubfunder.

Our online merchandise shop is now live and can be accessed at www.killycloghergaa.com/clubshop. For your convenience, a number of items are still available in the club shop at Ballinamullan, which will remain open on Thursdays between 7:00 and 8:00pm until remaining stock is cleared.

Our men’s senior team were defeated away to Ardboe last Friday evening in the league. The reserves drew their match in the precursor. Both teams are due to play Omagh this Friday evening.

Our minor boys’ grade two team defeated Dungannon last Wednesday night, play Galbally tonight (Wednesday) and play Drumragh next Monday evening (23rd June). The development team drew with Cookstown last Tuesday night, play Clonoe tonight (Wednesday) and play Dromore next Tuesday (24th June).

Hard luck to our U16 hurlers who lost out to Éire Óg in the championship on Monday evening by the narrowest margin.

The very best of luck to our U14 girls’ grade one team who play Kildress in the league final next Monday (23rd June). Venue to be confirmed.

Well done to Mark Bradley, Michael Rafferty and the Tyrone Seniors who qualified for the All-Ireland quarter-final after defeating Cavan at the weekend.

Good luck to Thomas and Charlie Meenan and the Tyrone Minors who play Roscommon in the All-Ireland semi-final this Sunday at Breffni Park.

Well done to our Handball Féile team Ned Gorman, Eoin Rutherford, Cahir McMullen, Daithi O’Neill and Cahir Wilson, who equipped themselves well and represented us competently at Kingscourt, Co. Cavan last Saturday. Thank you to everyone who supported the Guess The Score fundraiser for our young handballers.
