Our men’s senior team defeated Trillick by the narrowest margin on Sunday in the All-County League whilst the reserves were defeated. We travel to Ardboe on Friday night for matches at 6:45 and 8:00pm.

Our minor boys’ grade two team play Dungannon tonight, Wednesday, at Ballinamullan in round 11 of the league after defeating Strabane last Wednesday. The development team drew with Cookstown last night, Tuesday.

Well done to our U16 camogie team who played Derrylaughan in the championship last Wednesday night.

Hard luck to our U14 girls’ grade one team who were defeated by Kildress in the championship semi-final last Tuesday evening. The league final against the same opposition is scheduled for Tuesday 24th June.

Well done to Thomas and Charlie Meenan and the Tyrone Minors who defeated Cork on Saturday in the All-Ireland quarter-final.

The very best of luck to our Handball Féile team Ned Gorman, Eoin Rutherford, Cahir McMullen, Daithi O’Neill and Cahir Wilson, who will be representing us in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan on Saturday.

The Annual Killyclogher 5K and 10K was a massive success on Saturday. A brilliant day saw record numbers of participants for this event which goes from strength to strength. We thank most sincerely all our participants, sponsors and helpers.

Our annual primary schools’ competition, The Donnelly Cup, was also a huge success last Friday. Our stars of the future put on excellent displays of skill and determination. Most importantly, it was hugely enjoyable for all who took part and watched. We thank this year’s event sponsor partner Nic Ice (for all your ice-cream needs) for their ongoing support and we also thank our schools.

We wish a speedy recovery to our senior players, both men and ladies, who have suffered recent injuries.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Michael (Mickey) Carland (Mountfield). Mickey’s family have a strong connection to the club, particularly around ladies’ football and handball and are good supporters of our fundraising efforts.
