The club merchandise shop will be open tomorrow night, Thursday, as usual between 7:00 and 8:00pm. Price drop – a selection of items of various sizes are being reduced in the club merchandise shop.
Our men’s reserve team begin their league season on Friday evening, with a game against Galbally at Ballinamullan at 7:30pm. The seniors will have to wait a bit longer for their season to commence.
Our senior ladies begin their league season tomorrow night week, Thursday 22nd May, with a game away to St. Macartan’s.
Our minor boys are back in action on Sunday when the grade two team travel to Omagh for a league match at 6:00pm. The development team’s match against Eglish scheduled for Monday evening was conceded by the visitors.
Our minor girls defeated Errigal Ciaran in the league on Sunday and play in the championship preliminary round this Sunday at 11:00am when they travel to Loughmacrory, who they drew with in the league last Thursday.
Our U15 boys travelled to Ardboe on Saturday for the Tyrone Grade One Féile na nÓg finals-day. A tough semi-final against Eglish, which was deservedly won, set up a final against Galbally, who won an U14 grade one double last year. Our lads battled hard but unfortunately were defeated by a very impressive Galbally outfit. These lads can be hugely proud of their achievements in Féile this year where they have competed strongly against the best out there, which was rewarded with an appearance in the final. Well done to players and management.

Our U14 girls’ grade one team defeated St. Macartan’s last Thursday in the league. The girls’ U14 development team defeated Carrickmore in the championship quarter-final on Sunday in a match which featured the exciting debut of Órlaith Falls. Well done to all who helped make that happen.
Well done to Sean Broderick, Shane McCaul and the Tyrone U20s on their All-Ireland semi-final victory over Kerry on Sunday at O’Moore Park, Portlaoise. Well done, also, to backroom members Damian Cox and Leo Green. They now await the winners of Louth and Mayo in the All-Ireland Final.
