Club Notes: December 11th

Winning numbers in the club lotto were 11, 12, 13, 15, 29 and six winners will each receive £20. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. Club lotto can be played online via Klubfunder.

The club merchandise shop will be open tomorrow night, Thursday, as usual between 7:00 and 8:00pm. Next week, the club shop will be open on both Tuesday (17th December) and Thursday (19th December) at the usual times. Call in for a last-minute Christmas present or to pick up orders.

We encourage all members to support our “Keep Cappagh Cosy” campaign that we are running to support the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Details on our social media.

The Club AGM took place last Thursday night at Ballinamullan. A large turn-out heard reviews of the year and positive discussions took place regarding looking forward to our activities in 2025. Good luck to all the committee members elected for 2025.

Our annual Santa Sunday takes place this weekend. Our members are all invited to come along and meet Santa this Sunday (15th December) between 2:00 and 4:00pm at Dún Uladh.

Our sincerest condolences are expressed to the family circle of the late Jon Fabri (England), especially to his wife Kerry (née Harkin), children and the wider Fabri and Harkin families.

Gaels everywhere were shocked by news of the tragic death of Jody Gormley. Our sincere condolences to the Trillick club, the Gormley family and the McBride family who are involved in our club.
