Winning numbers in the club lotto were 6, 8, 10, 18, 19 and six winners will each receive £20. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. Club lotto can be played online via Klubfunder.
The club merchandise shop will be open tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
Our senior men had a two-point win over Ardboe in Ballinamullan last Friday evening. This Friday, our reserves and senior men are away to Dromore for matches at 6:45pm (reserves) and 8:00pm (seniors).
Our senior ladies return to league action this Sunday evening when they play Trillick away at 6:00pm.
Our minor boys were defeated by Dromore last weekend and this Sunday, are at home to Eglish at 1:30pm.
Our U16 boys’ grade one team begin their season tonight, Wednesday, with a game away to Loughmacrory at 7:30pm. The development team’s match was conceded by Ardboe.
Our U14 boys exited the championship at semi-final stage last Thursday evening at Stewartstown with defeat to Ardboe. A poor first half left the game seemingly over at half-time but an incredible second-half performance saw the lads bring the score back to within two points in the closing stages. With a bit more luck, their pressing at the end could have brought victory but alas, it was not to be. Anyway, well done to the players and management this year – great progress made.
Our U14 hurlers are due to play Cumann Uí Néill Tulach Óg next Monday at 7:30pm in MUSA.
Our annual Primary Schools competition – The Donnelly Cup – took place in Ballinamullan last Friday. This festival of football never fails to deliver and this year was no exception. Well done to all the young players and thank you to all the school staff for your ongoing help and support.
