Last Sunday morning in Carrickmore, our club enjoyed a historic first – the first time in our history that we have won a grade one underage girls’ title. The honour goes to our U14 girls who defeated Kildress in the championship final. Their never-say-die attitude was rewarded with a goal in the closing stages to win the game and win the competition. This group have provided great joy this year. Well done and huge congratulations to the players and their dedicated management team.
