Club Notes: March 20th

Winning numbers in the club lotto were 3, 6, 7, 28, 30 and nine winners each won £15. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. Club lotto can be played online via Klubfunder.

The club merchandise shop will be open tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.

Club membership for 2024 is now due and should be paid online using the Foireann website.

The new club development plan was launched in Ballinamullan last Wednesday and it can now be viewed on the club website. Thank you to everyone involved and thank you to County Chairman, Martin Sludden, for attending the launch.

Our minor boys are at home to Donaghmore on Sunday at 4:00pm.

Good luck to our minor girls who open their league season this Sunday with a home match against Cookstown at 11:00am.

Our U14 boys were due to play Galbally last Thursday but the match was postponed. They are at home to Ardboe this Saturday morning at 11:00am.

Our U14 girls development team are also at home to Ardboe this Saturday at 12:30pm.

We wish continued good luck to our various representatives on county teams who are in the middle of competitions.

Congratulations to Eoin Bradley who captained the Ireland Over 40s International Rules team to a Test and overall Series victory over Australia on Saturday.

Congratulations, also, to Jamie Kelly, Christy McCrory, Charlie Meenan, Ciarnan Devine, Oliver Barton, James Maguire and Omagh CBS who won the Oisin McGrath Cup last Friday.

Last, but certainly not least, everyone in the club extends massive congratulations to our new All-Ireland Champions – Sean Broderick, Mark Corcoran, Matthew Howe (players) and Ryan Doyle (backroom team) and all at Omagh CBS on winning Saturday’s Hogan Cup Final in Croke Park.
