Club Notes: September 13th

Winning numbers in the club lotto were 2, 7, 10, 13, 22 and Noel McElholm won £100. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual on Monday evening. Club lotto can be played online via Klubfunder.

The club merchandise shop is open tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm as usual. However, next week, the club shop will be open on Wednesday (20th September) instead of Thursday, because of the senior football championship match. Christmas orders for merchandise will have to be ordered and paid for by 28th September. Watch the website for details.

Our senior men defeated Ardboe in Ballinamullan on Sunday leaving them finishing second in the league which now guarantees a league semi-final match at home to Trillick. Details to follow.

Our senior ladies had a very impressive come-back win over Clonoe in the Intermediate Championship on Saturday. They now play Loughmacrory in the semi-final in Pomeroy on Saturday at 5:30pm.

Our minor boys defeated Ardboe in the league last Monday evening and play Trillick in Ballinamullan on Saturday at 12:00 noon.

Our U16 hurlers defeated Éire Óg in the grade two championship semi-final on Sunday. They now play Naomh Columcille/Duiche Neill in the final tomorrow night, Thursday, at 6:45pm in Garvaghey. Good luck to our players and management.

The U16 girls played Omagh on Tuesday evening.

Our U14 boys were defeated at home to Loughmacrory last Saturday and this Saturday morning are away to Eglish.

Thank you to everyone who helped out in Ballinamullan on Saturday for the hosting of the Tyrone Junior Championship games. We are hosting two games this Sunday also.

This Saturday, our very own Eoin Bradley attempts to win three All Ireland Masters titles in a row, when Tyrone play Kerry in the Dr. Mick Loftus Cup final in Kiltoom, Co Roscommon. We wish Eoin and Tyrone the very best of luck.
