Our senior men opened their Ulster Senior League campaign with a one-point defeat away to Madden last Saturday and are at home to Erne Gaels this weekend.

Well done to our Ballad Group (Katie Jane Teague, Andrew Dolan, Molly Ennis, Daniel Bradley and Sarah Swift) and Molly Ennis (Recitation) who are through to the Scór na nÓg Final this Sunday in Killeeshil.

Well done, also, to our new Ulster U14 handball champion Karla Corcoran who was victorious at the weekend, as was Ciaran Carland who is the new Tyrone Masters B Champion. Not to be outdone was son, Shay Carland, who is the new U10 handball league champion.

A hugely enjoyable night was had by all who attended Dún Uladh last Wednesday to witness our very own Donal Magee collect his “GRADAIM AS SEIRBHÍS FHADA” (long-service award) in recognition of contribution to Scór over many years. Donal was presented with his award by Chairman of the National Scór Committee, Tomas Murray, along with a host of other dignitaries.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Michael Meenagh, whose family are actively involved in our club. Sincere sympathy, also, to the family circle of the late Oliver McCullagh (Greencastle) who was always very helpful when we were running our Killyclogher 10K.
