Club Notes: September 29th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 9, 11, 18, 21, 24 and Pat O’Brien won £100. The jackpot stands at £5,000 for next week’s draw which will be made on Monday evening. Don’t forget that club lotto can now be played online on Klubfunder.

Our senior footballers were defeated by Dromore in the league on Saturday while on Sunday our reserve footballers defeated Dromore. The seniors play Donaghmore in the championship in Healy Park tomorrow night week, Thursday 7th October.

Our senior ladies had a convincing win over Drumragh on Saturday in the preliminary round of the championship. They are away to Edendork in the quarter-final this Saturday at 2:30pm.

Our U16 girls are away to Aghaloo in the league tonight, Wednesday, and are at home to Cookstown on Sunday.

Our U13 hurlers were defeated by Omagh last weekend and this Saturday at 12:00 noon they are at home to Cumann Uí Néill Tulach Óg.

The youth indoor handball season is beginning shortly. Parents of children aged 8 and up looking to take part in indoor handball are asked to send their child’s name and age to Paula Clarke on 07718375652 via WhatsApp.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Michael Gilheany. Mickey was a strong St Enda’s man but the O’Doherty’s were all very strong Parish supporters and gave good financial support to our club for various fundraisers.
