Our reserve footballers made history last week beating Pomeroy in the final of the Tyrone Senior Reserve Knock-Out competition – a first for our club. A huge congratulations to all the players and management team – our new County Champions. They have performed so well all year and are still in the mix for the league, with games against Eglish on Friday evening at Ballinamullan and away to the Moy on Sunday.

The senior ladies have a league game at home to Loughmacrory on Saturday.

Our U17 boys are at home to Carrickmore tomorrow night, Thursday, at 6:45pm.

Well done to our Minor girls who defeated Killeeshil in the championship last week.

This Sunday, we are hosting a 1-Wall Handball Social Doubles Tournament. Please contact Paula Clarke on 07718375652 for more details.

Commiserations to Caolan O’Hagan, Gavin Potter, Michael Rafferty and the Tyrone Minors who were defeated by the narrowest margin in the All-Ireland Final last weekend in Páirc an Chrócaigh. They have performed brilliantly this year and we are very proud to have these three lads represent us.

It was a different story for the Tyrone Seniors in the second match at HQ. A massive well done to Mark Bradley, Tiernán McCann and the rest of the senior team on their victory over Kerry in the All-Ireland Semi-Final. They now face Mayo in the All-Ireland Final on Saturday week.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Frank Winters.
