Club Notes: January 10th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo for Monday 8th January were 2, 7, 13, 24, 25 and five winners each received £20. For Monday 1st January the winning numbers were 7, 14, 16, 17, 18 and seven winners each received £15. For Monday 25th December the winning numbers were 5, 7, 17, 18, 26 and six winners each received £20. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for the next draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
The club shop is open as usual tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
A number of our footballers are taking part in trials for selection in the county U20 panel and have acquitted themselves well.
We still have three players involved in the McKenna Cup competition as well as players in the county hurling squad.
Underage handball coaching resumes tomorrow night, Thursday, at 6:00pm.
At club level the U21 football competition is due to get underway over the weekend of 21st January.
The senior hurlers are getting organised for coaching and training.
Training for Minor and U14 girls has commenced.
There is a club meeting tomorrow night, Thursday, at 8:30pm.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Brendan Quinn. The Quinn family have an association with the promotion, playing and supporting our games and our music over the last four generations even at one stage providing the club with a pitch for home games.
Sincere sympathy also to the family circle of the late Michael Lalsingh.
