Club Notes: September 23rd

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 7, 12, 16, 20, 27 and Anne Gorman won £100. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
In a keenly contested League game last Saturday we just about had enough power and drive to see us three points ahead of Coalisland at full-time. This weekend is Championship time and we face Dromore in the Senior semi-final in Healy Park on Friday night at 8:30pm.
Tomorrow night, Thursday, our U13 Boys are at home to Pomeroy.
Our Minor Hurlers are due to play Shamrocks at home on Sunday.
Our U16 Girls are waiting for a date for their League Final.
With the long nights coming in, in the GAA world, it can only mean that Scór is around the corner. As usual, anyone who would like to help or to participate in Scór na nÓg should contact Patricia Mullen or Paula Clarke.
The Club Merchandise shop is open as usual tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Gerry Duncan, Clanabogan.
Sincere sympathy also to the family circle of the late Vera Bradley, and especially to her son John who does so much to promote the GAA and our Club in St Mary’s Primary School.
