Club Notes: June 25th

Winning number in the Club Lottsodoo were 3, 7, 11, 18, 25 and Mickey Moynagh and Delores Campbell will each receive £50. The jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Last Sunday our Reserve Footballers put on a promising performance in the first half but lost out in the second half to Ardboe.
Our Seniors started strongly, struggled for a while but finished very strongly to claim two League points. A downside to Sunday’s victory was the injury sustained by Gary Wallace. We wish his a speedy recovery.
This Sunday we are hosting two Championship games at 6:30 and 8:00pm. A big turnout of workers is needed from 5:30pm onwards.
The Féile at the weekend provided a feast of Hurling, Handball and enjoyment. A big thank you to all who organised it, prepared the venue and provided hospitality not only in Ballinamullan but also in their own homes. It was a great weekend for all involved.
The Minor Hurlers play Carrickmore tomorrow night, Thursday.
Our U21 Footballers played Greencastle last night, Tuesday, and now face An Charraig Mhór.
Good luck to Dermy, Tiérnan and Tyrone in Saturday’s game with Louth.
Our Senior Ladies put up a battling display against Errigal Ciaran last week and played Strabane on Tuesday last.
Our U14 Ladies play in the League Final tonight, Wednesday, against Loughmacrory in the Rock at 8:15pm. Good luck girls.
