Club Notes: February 12th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 4, 6, 15, 26, 28 and thirteen winners each won £10. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for the next draw which takes place at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.

There will be a Club Committee Meeting tomorrow night, Thursday, at 7:00pm.

Our U14 Footballers have a game this Sunday with the Moy at 12:30 in MUSA.

Our Senior Footballers travel to St Colman’s College Grounds, Newry on Sunday to play Armagh team, Whitecross.

The Crocheting and Knitting Class takes on a new dimension tonight, Wednesday, with a demonstration of Spinning. Why not join them in the Clubrooms?

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Bridie Nugent, many of who are active supporters of the GAA.

Gaelic Start for girls and boys P1, P2 and P3 gets underway this Saturday in the Parish Centre. Registration from 9:30am and games from 9:45 to 11:00am. 

The GAA National Club Draw will take place on 17th March. There are ten great prizes on offer including a trip to Australia for the international Rules Series, tickets for the All Star Banquet with Tour tickets to Boston, a trip to New York for St Patrick’s Day 2015 and some great 2014 All Ireland Final Packages. All ticket sales go to Club funds. Buy a ticket for £10. Have the chance of winning a great price and know that your £10 will go totally to our Club as Croke Park is providing all the prizes. You might also consider taking a book of ten and selling some to your family, friends or people you work with. There will be a gathering of people interested in contributing a DVD of the History of the GAA in Cappagh tomorrow night week, Thursday 20th February, at 8:00pm in the Clubrooms. If you have a personal memory to recall or a story to tell we would love for you to be there. In any case, come along to Ballinamullan tomorrow night week and meet up with others who share your interest in the GAA in Cappagh.
