Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 11, 12, 14, 24, 28 and ten winners each won £10. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
On Saturday evening last our Reserve Footballers never really got going against a Moy team that was in control for most of the game. Our Seniors started strongly and at one time in the first half led 1-03 to 0-01. A Moy goal before half time changed all that and in a tightly contested second half we showed enough fighting power to pull back a three point deficit and earn a draw. We play Errigal Ciaran tomorrow night, Friday, at 7:00pm in the Senior League in Dunmoyle. We will renew acquaintances with Moy on Saturday 14th September in Galbally in the Senior Championship.
We wish Sean Fox and the Tyrone Minor Footballers all the best in Sunday’s All Ireland Semi Final.
Clubwear on sale tonight, Thursday, 7:00 to 8:00pm in the Clubrooms. Measurements can be taken for new orders. Back to school items, casual wear or for PE, can be bought on the night or ordered.
It is a bust time for our Juvenile Hurlers and Footballers with League and Championship games in both codes. Our Juvenile Girls have marked up very big scores in their recent League games and are performing very well.
We wish our Ladies all the best in the Intermediate Championship Final on Saturday evening. Ardboe will provide strong opposition. The throw in is timed for 6:30pm and the Girls would appreciate a big turnout of support.
We host a round in the Junior Championship this Saturday and stewarts should be in position from 3:30pm.
Well done to all who helped to make the Tour de Frank a big success last weekend, both those who participated in the daunting cycle and those who helped to organise and provide backup services. The Mimnagh family circle have always been active in our community.
