Club Notes: August 21st

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 14, 23, 25, 28, 30 and eleven winners each won £10. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.

League Football on Saturday in the Moy for Reserves and Seniors, 5:00 and 6:30pm. We travel Errigal Ciaran next Tuesday, 27th August.

Our Senior Hurlers exited the Championship last Tuesday night but showed their potential for periods in the game when they were competing strongly with the opposition.

Juvenile Hurlers and Footballers are both engaged in ongoing League fixtures. The Footballers are away to Carrickmore tonight. Wednesday, and are home to Owen Roe’s on Friday evening. The Hurlers are at home to Beragh on Monday evening.

The Tour de Frank starts off from the Clubrooms on Saturday morning. There will be a cup of tea for the cyclists from 8:00 to 9:00am. On their return on Sunday at about 2:00pm there will be a welcome in Dún Uladh.

The shop for Club Merchandise is open tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.

Tickets for Sunday’s big game will be allocated in the Clubrooms tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm to those who have already placed orders.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Mick Treacy. Mick and his brother Owen made many young men and women from Tyrone welcome in Philadelphia over the years including many from our Parish.
