Club Notes: May 29th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 4, 8, 14, 21, 22 and Fiona McBride and Tony Sharkey each won £50. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night. This Monday night 3rd June is the night for our usual Big Bingo when we have big prizes on offer. Among the attractive prizes are four houses at £500. Monday night at 9:00pm, bring a friend.

It’s back to Club League action on Sunday with Derrylaughan coming to Ballinamullan. The Reserve is timed to get underway at 2:15pm. A big turnout of supporters would be appreciated for both Reserve and Senior teams.

In Ladies Football the big game is the Championship match with Sperrin Óg this Saturday at 7:00pm in Loughmacrory. Give the girls your best support.  The U14 Girls play Moy this Saturday morning at 11:00am in Ballinamullan.

Both U14 and Senior Hurling fixtures have been rearranged. Coaches will keep Players informed.

In Youth Football the U14s are certainly busy having played two League Play-Off games last Saturday and the Championship Replay last night, Tuesday.

Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Brendan Doherty. Adrian is actively involved with our success at Scór Dancing and so was Jonny.

Ladies Football

All training as usual.

The Seniors are in the Championship Quarter Final on Saturday evening in Loughmacrory at 7:00pm against Sperrin Óg.

The U14 Girls play Moy this Saturday morning at 11:00am in Ballinamullan.

Good luck to Caitlin Kelly, Jessica Heaney and Amy McPhillips in the U14B Ulster Final this Saturday.

Youth Football

U8 and U10 training continues from 6:15 to 7:30pm on Tuesday evenings. There are no Football Blitzes this weekend.

U12 training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

The U14A team had a Championship Replay match against Errigal Ciaran last night, Tuesday. Once again the match ended in a draw and went into extra time where the boys were unfortunately beaten by a goal. However, after a great win over Ardboe last Saturday in the League play-offs we await the next round there.

Our U14 Dev team have completed their fixtures for the season. Our young chargers have shown great progression throughout the season which should stand them in good stead for the U13s later in the year. Well done to all players, coaches and parents who helped out these last few months. Your support, hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated.

U16 and Minor training schedule from coaches.

All those with Sponsorship money from the 10K and 5K runs should return it to their coaches this week. Many thanks for all your efforts.

Senior Hurling

The Senior Hurlers have a home game on Friday evening against N Colmcille.
