Club Notes: January 16th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 5, 7, 12, 15, 17 and Rosemary Treacy won £100. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
It is time to register as a Club Member for 2013. Membership fees are £30 for an adult and £10 for a youth with special family rates of £80 and £50.
And then there were five – Last Man/Woman Standing is down to the last four. Well done to Sean for his work and effort.
Sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Lawrence Connolly and especially to Anthony and Bridie who do so much for our Club and our Community.
Smile, Action, Camera: KC GAA TV is reaching far off fields on current events as well as reviving memories of past events. Anyone with old video footage of GAA activities in our Parish should contact Niall McKenna or Kieran McMullen.
Youth Football
U-14 Football training is in the Cappagh Suite on Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm and also on Saturdays. Time and venue to be confirmed.
Hurling
Indoor hurling starts this Friday evening with Primary 3, 4 & 5 from 6.30 – 7.30pm and P6, 7 and Year 8 from 7.30 – 8.30pm. All welcome.
Any parents who want to help out please speak to any of the coaches on Friday.
There is a meeting for anyone who intends to play or assist with Senior Hurling on Thursday evening in the Clubrooms, Ballinamullan at 6.30pm. The Meeting is to see the direction the senior club wants to have in 2013.
A fundraising cycle is proposed for the next couple of months with more details soon.
