The Cappagh U-10 squad attended the Moy Tournament on Saturday 1st September.
After the Group stages with games against Mayobridge, Clann Eireann, the Moy and Drumragh, Cappagh were paired with Kileeshil in the quarter-final and produced a good team performance to progress.
Derrylaughan were the semi-final opponents and as the game entered its final minute, both sides were level. With extra time imminent Dara Hayes emerged from a packed midfield to send over the winning score.
In the final against Madden from Co Armagh, Cappagh put up a good performance but just fell short in the final.
Phillip Jordan (Ex-Tyrone) presented medals to the Cappagh squad.
