Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 12, 22, 24, 25, 28 and Anna McElholm won £100. The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Playing well at times and at other times not so well, we had enough fighting spirit to see us safely through to the next round of the Senior Football Championship with a three point victory over Kildress last Saturday. The win was a good reward for all those who have trained regularly. It was a win which the whole panel contributed to. It also gave all of our loyal supporters a lift and provided an extra boost to the 30th Birthday celebrations.
Our popular annual fundraising and social event, the Golf Classic, takes place on Friday at Omagh Golf Club. The response has been very good but if you would like to enter a team please contact Sean O’Kane on 07737495404. You could also help by sponsoring a tee box.
On Friday week, 24th August, we will have another big fundraising and social event when the Ladies take over the Village Inn. The 2012 Presentation Night will be combined with a Night At The Races. So please buy horses in advance and come to the Village Inn on Friday week for a big night’s entertainment.
