Club Notes: April 4th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 2, 5, 7, 12, 24 and Felix Rafferty and Jimmy O’Neill each won £50.The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for the next draw which will take place at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night week, April 16th. There will be no Bingo this coming Monday 9th April.
Confirmation later in the week as to whether we go into Senior and Reserve League action for the first time in 2012 on Tuesday April 10th or Sunday April 15th.
This Saturday 7th April is Scrap Saturday so please bring your unwanted metal, batteries, mobile phones or clothing to Ballinamullan, 10.00am to 1.00pm. We can also organise to collect them from you. All proceeds to club funds.
A big thank you to those who organised and supported the Cards last Friday night and a special thank you to the management and staff of Hughie Ruaidhs.
Preparations are well underway for the launch of our big 10K Run, Fun Run and Sponsored Walk.
Our sincere sympathy goes to the family circle of the late John Mulligan.
Tomorrow night’s scheduled Club Meeting will not take place because of Holy Thursday ceremonies, but will go ahead tomorrow night week, Thursday 12th April.
 
Youth Football
Training for our Minors and U-16s is progressing as usual.
There will be U-14 training next week on Wednesday 11th April only.
There is the U-14 Boys Féile in Ballinamullan on Saturday 14th April.
The Minors next game is away to Carrickmore on the 12th April at 7.00pm. Details can be found on our website.
Our U10s andxds U8s are training each Wednesday night from 6.30 to 7.30pm.
The U10s first blitz will be in Drumragh on Saturday 14th April.
The U8s first blitz will be at home on Saturday the 21st April. More details to follow.
Our Gaelic Start programme for 5 and 6 year old boys & girls will finish on Saturday 7th April on the field at Ballinamullan. There will be a special presentation to all children who attended this year by distinguished guests. Watch website for further details. Fun and enjoyment are our key coaching principals. All parents are encouraged to join in.
