Club Notes: March 28th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 5, 9, 15, 16, 28 and 22 winners each received £5.The main jackpot stays at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Friday night, 30th March, is Card Night in Hughie Ruadhs.
The first Saturday in April, Saturday week, 7th April, is Scrap Saturday. Please bring your unwanted scrap metal and old batteries to the skip in Ballinamullan. We will also be glad to take unwanted clothing and mobile phones. All proceeds to club funds. Collection can be arranged.
Well done to Barry McCaul, Martin McSorley, Conor O’Neill, Aiden O’Neill and Pauric Quinn for helping to look after the Minor Hurling and Camogie games at the National League games in Healy Park last Saturday.
Congratulations to Omagh St.Enda’s and Errigal Ciaran who won Ulster Scór Titles last Saturday. Our own Paula Daly was a competitor in the Connacht Scór Final last Saturday, representing Tír Chonail Gaels.
Congratulations to the Loreto Convent Grammar School who won the Under 20 College’s All Ireland title on Saturday. We were well represented by Teri McCusker and Emma McAleer. We wish the Convent and Emma McAleer and Kate McAleer all the best on Saturday’s Under 16 All Ireland Final.
We wish Deirdre Lafferty a speedy recovery.
Ladies
Training for Seniors will continue as usual.
Minors play Fintona on Sunday at 6pm in Fintona and Minor training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm.
Congratulations to Teri, Emma and Loreto U20A team who won the All-Ireland on Saturday past. Good luck to Emma, Kate and Loreto U16A team who play in the All-Ireland Final on Saturday.
Youth Football
Training for our Minors, U-16s and U-14s is progressing as usual.
The U16s next game is away to Dromore this Saturday at 4.00pm.
The Minors have their first game away to Loughmacrory tonight (Wednesday 28th March). All support would be most welcome. Details can be found on our website.
Our U10s are out on the field every Wednesday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. Their first blitz will be in Drumragh on Saturday 14th April.
Our U8s will have their first session next Wednesday 4th April from 6.30 to 7.30pm. Their first blitz will be at home on Saturday the 21st April. More details to follow.
Our Gaelic Start programme for 5 and 6 year olds (boys and girls) continues this Friday 30th March in the Parish Centre from 6.30 to 7.45pm. Fun and enjoyment are our key coaching principals. All parents are encouraged to join in.
It is important that membership is completed over the weekend.
