Our Under 21 footballers played with pride, passion and skill last Saturday but fell to Donaghmore 1-11 to 4-5 Well done to all involved and a special mention to Dermot Carlin and Mark O’Kane.
We wish a speedy recovery to Dara Leonard who suffered a leg injury and we trust that all of out Under 21 players will become part of our senior panel with the ambition to play senior or reserve football in 2012.
Scór na n Og gets under way this Saturday night, 5th November and we would appreciate the help of stewards on the night from 7.15pm.
Last Friday night we marked the winning of our first All Ireland Scór title at the brilliant Gala Scór Celebration night in Dun Úladh. Well don to the Culture Committee for organising such a great event.
It is now time to begin drawing up your formal motions and suggestions for discussion at the AGM. The Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 4th December has been fixed for Sunday 4th December. All members will be notified & will recieve their nomination & ballot forms.
There will be a Club Meeting tomorrow night, Thursday, 3rd November.

Indoor Hurling resumes in the Parish Centre this Friday evening from 6.30pm to 8.30pm all welcome and additional adult help would be appreciated.
Our Youth Celebration and Presentation Night is being organised for next Thursday 10th November. Coaches are asked to confirm numbers to Sean or Peter O’Kane.
Parents, guardians and family members of our young players will be very welcome. As well as our usual workers and stewards we hope that senior players will also help out on the night.
We have Minor footballers attending County Minor Trials and we hope that we will be represented when the panel is drawn up.
