Senior Men Earn A Point Against Dromore

Killyclogher started tonight’s match brilliantly, with great link up play earning scores from all over the park. As the first half drew on their lead was increased,  a great chipped pass from Dermy Carlin put Conor Meenan through on goal putting six between them. The advantage was short lived however, when a controversial penalty decision and sending off saw the teams separated by 3 points at the half time whistle. 1-06 to 1-03.
The second half was a tighter affair, Dromore using their numerical advantage to first draw level, and then take the lead for the first time. The home side never allowed the visitors to control the game and kept battling. Colin McCullagh saw red for a second yellow with a few minutes left. A superb long range free from Tiernan McCann brought the blues back into contention and with seconds left on the clock Killclogher stuck a final point over the bar claiming another point in their league campaign.
