With this years Féile almost upon us the Events Committe would just like to let everyone know the final line for the weekends events.
Friday Night see the Weekend Kick Off with CAPPAGH’S WEAKEST LINK where one winner
could WIN £1000. Starting at 9pm.
Saturday is a packed day the KIDS FUN DAY runs from 11-2pm with lots of activities for kids of all ages, face painting, nail art, targets, mini game and fun for all. The Tyrone Hurling Feile will also be taking place at the
Club from 10.30 to 1pm. The Reserves & Seniors are playing away to Donaghmore at 2 & 4 respectively. Then we expect to to see everyone back at the BIG TOP for FREERIDER & the KCNightclub from 10 til Late.
Entry into the WEAKEST Link is set to be £5 & FREERIDER is £8 there is also a weekend pass available for the Bargain Price of £10.
Sunday is the second annual Club Day (Lá na gClub), a day where we celebrate everything great about or Club, Community & Parish. The Throw In is at 1.30pm when the SENIOR HURLING REUNION 94-95 CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS take to the field in an exhibition match.
After which the Group Stages of the First Annual Cappagh Mixed 7s takes Place. The 7s is sure to peak interest with 8 teams from every corner of the parish competing to win the title.
3 O’Clock see the 92-93 SEASON SENIOR FOOTBALL REUNION which promises to be great craic.
After it’s success last year Barney McAleer is again running an Open Handball Competition (everyone welcome). The Guest Tea will take place in Dun Uladh from 7.
The Final of the Mixed 7s is scheduled for 6.30 with presentations in the BIG TOP after, where there will be music, food and the chance to watch CELEBRITY SUMO before the Féile comes to a close.
Everyone is encouraged to come along over the Weekend & BE PART OF IT.
