U14 Hurling Tournament, Beragh

Our U14 hurlers played in The McGurn inter-county hurling tournament on Saturday 24th October organised by Beragh Red Knights.

In very poor weather conditions the team played very well aginst both Beragh and Cuchulainn’s (Co. Armagh). We played Cuchulainn’s in the final and with the wind and rain in the first half more than held our own. The advantage turned in favour of the Armagh lads in the second half and they ran out deserving winners.

Well done to all the boys who played and to the parents who helped with transport, also to the Beragh club for refreshments after.
