The throw-in times for tomorrow’s (Saturday 3 April 2010) matches have been changed to 4:15 (Reserve) and 5:45 (Senior) at Ballinamullan. A big turnout of supporters for our first league match would be most welcome.
All U10 boys are to meet at Cappagh Parish Centre on Sat 3rd April at 10.30am for the sponsored walk to raise find for the Croke Park trip. All parents welcome to come along for the fun and exercise! The Gaelic Start programme for all Under 8 Boys and Girls in Cappagh parish continues every Thursday in Cappagh Parish hall from 6pm to 7pm.

Can you spare an hour between 6pm and 7pm on a Thursday evening. If so, your support would be greatly appreciated to help out at our Under 8 “Gaelic Start” programme which has restarted for the every Thursday in Cappagh Parish Hall.

The numbers here can be large so having as many coaches available as possible helps the whole thing run smoothly and projects a good image for our club. This is the future of our club so the better start they get the better the future of our club.
