This Saturday marks the 100-year anniversary of Bloody Sunday (1920), a seminal moment in the history of the GAA. There is an article on our website giving a local perspective to the events of that day in Croke Park.

We wish to extend sincere sympathy to the family circle of the late Fr. Stephen Kearney. He had a great interest in our culture, language, music and, especially, our games. A strong Tyrone supporter, he also gave good support to the club of whatever Parish he was stationed in. He was always good for a joke or a story and his friendships covered a wide age-range. Above all, he was a caring, gentle priest.
