Club Notes: December 4th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 2, 6, 14, 16, 17 and ten winners each won £10. The jackpot stands at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.

Wide range of club wear available in the shop tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm. The new half-zips can be collected at this time for those who have pre-ordered.

The annual general meeting will be held tomorrow night, Thursday, from 8:00pm.

With the general meeting tomorrow night, the well-supported Big Breakfast last Sunday, on-going handball and our boys playing Kilcoo in the special Ulster Minor Tournament, it is clear that there is not much sign of a break in activities.

On Saturday, we take on Kilcoo at 12:00 noon. They were successful at senior level last Sunday and will no doubt be trying to complete a senior and minor double. Our boys will have something to say about that. So, all roads lead to Shaws Road this Saturday and your support would be appreciated.

Our youth presentation night is this Monday, 9th December, from 7:00 to 8:00pm where we will celebrate all our participants in handball, Scór, football and ladies’ football.

Well done to everyone involved in the Air Ambulance collection at last week’s Ulster Club Final.

A reminder that the Month’s Mind Mass for Francis McCann will be celebrated in Dunmoyle on Saturday at 5:00pm. The wide family circle gives good support to a number of clubs including our own.
