Club Notes: July 31st

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 3, 5, 17, 18, 30 and Gerard Corcoran and Conor O’Neill each won £50. The jackpot stands at £5,000 for next week’s draw which will take place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Wide range of club-wear available in the club shop tomorrow night, Thursday, between 7:00 and 8:00pm.
On Friday evening, we did everything but win in a well-contested game with Donaghmore in the Reserve KO.
Tyrone’s performances in the U17 and U20 All Ireland semi-finals dominated the rest of the weekend. Tyrone really tested Kerry in the U17 and Cork in the U20. The score-line in the U17 game flattered Kerry and the score-line in the U20 semi-final reflects an exciting and well-contested championship match. Well done to our representatives Oran Grimes, Mattie Murnaghan and Dermy Carlin who came so close to reaching an All Ireland final.
Our U16 boys lost heavily to Omagh but redeemed themselves with a good second half performance. They play Dromore tomorrow night, Thursday, at 7:15pm in Ballinamullan.
The senior ladies were narrowly defeated away to Dromore on Sunday evening in the league in a high-scoring game.
Coaches will keep players updated on fixture dates and venues.
