Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 11, 21, 22, 24, 36 and twenty-one winners each won £5. The jackpot stands at £5,000 for next week’s draw which will take place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.
Wide range of club-wear available in the club shop tomorrow night, Thursday, between 7:00 and 8:00pm.
On Sunday last we had Coalisland as visitors for senior and reserve football league games. We never reached the levels we achieved against Ardboe and Na Fianna ran out winners.
The senior ladies lost to Killeeshil at the weekend and play Clann na nGael next Wednesday.
The minor boys lost to Omagh in their final sectional league match but have still earned a place in the quarter final. They are still involved in the championships as well, playing Errigal Ciaran and Derrylaughan on Thursday 27th June.
Well done to the Tyrone U20s on winning the Philly McGuinness Cup at the weekend and especially to Dermot Carlin (Management), Mattie Murnaghan and Oran Grimes.
We had a busy weekend last week beginning with annual Primary Schools’ competition, The Donnelly Cup, on Friday. Thank you to our own youth players who helped out and to all the principals, teachers and parents for your ongoing support.
We held our first blitz for Gaelic4Mothers&Others on Saturday morning.
On Saturday evening, we hosted two Ulster Ladies inter-county semi-finals. Thanks to a big turnout of willing workers the busy programme went off smoothly. Well done to all involved.
Well done also to the Tyrone U14 Girls and our own Louise Wylie and Cara O’Neill who have made it through to the All-Ireland final after defeating Cavan at the weekend.
Our annual Golf Classic takes place in Omagh Golf Club on Friday 5th July. Tee times can be booked from Enda McCrory, Sean O’Kane, Ciaran McBride, James Molloy or Dermy Carlin.
Sincere sympathy to the family circles of the late Frank Owens and Malachy Bradley. They both had a big interest in the GAA and gave our club strong support in all of its activities. Their wide family circles are also very supportive. We also express sympathy to the Loughran, Gallogly and Doran family circles on their recent losses, some of whom are active in our club.
