As we move towards a programme of games for all levels the weather seems to be getting worse. Last Sunday morning our senior men and minor boys played under severe conditions.

Our U14 boys, playing in grade 4, lost to Drumquin and our grade 1 team had their game with Trillick called off. They have a match with Dromore this weekend.

Our minor boys are due to commence their leagues on Sunday 24th March with games against Omagh and Drumquin.

The senior and reserve men are due to commence the Tyrone ACL on Sunday 31st March away to Dungannon.

The U21 men have a final sectional league match away to Dromore on Friday evening.

The minor girls were defeated by Castlederg on Sunday in a closely contested game in which our girls showed much promise.

Congratulations to Mark Bradley who was part of the Liverpool Hope University team which won the British Universities GAA Division 1 Championship on Sunday. Mark scored 1-2 in the Final against Aberdeen in Páirc na hÉireann, Birmingham.

Good luck to Oran Grimes, Mark Hayes, Aaron McRory, Luke Higgins and Omagh CBS in the MacRory Cup Final this Monday against St Michael’s Enniskillen in the Athletic Grounds, Armagh.

Well done to our Aoibhinn Gallagher and her partner Aoibheann Daly (Carrickmore) who took part in the All Ireland Handball Semi-Final last weekend in Claregalway.

Well done also to our youth players Louise Wylie and Cara O’Neill who played for Tyrone U14s last weekend and to Laura Corcoran and Ellie Mae Nugent who played for Tyrone U15s.
