Tyrone U17s got Sunday’s three-game programme at Croke Park off to a good start by winning the All Ireland. Matthew Murnaghan put in a good performance in midfield and Mark Hayes came on and scored a goal. Well done to all who contributed to the winning of the title.
Unfortunately the story wasn’t so good at senior level and Dublin had a clear-cut win over Tyrone in the All Ireland semi-final. We wish Grainne Quinn a speedy recovery from the accident she was involved in after Sunday’s games.
