Club Notes: August 17th

Winning numbers in the Lottsodoo were 7, 10, 18, 19, 28 and Peter Brogan won £100. The main jackpot remains at £5,000 for next week’s draw which takes place as usual at the Bingo in the Parish Centre on Monday night.

Attractive range of club wear available in the shop tomorrow night, Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.

We travelled to Clonoe last Sunday for a double league game. A depleted reserve team put on a fighting performance and will be looking for another good display this Saturday evening in Kildress.

Our seniors emerged victorious by a four point margin in a keenly contested game. It was a good all round performance but we will need to step it up for the championship.

Kildress is the venue this Saturday evening with the reserve game at 5:00pm and the senior game at 6:30pm.

We are hosting two junior championship games on Sunday with the first game at 5:30pm. We are appealing for a big turnout of stewards to ensure the smooth running of these major games for the four clubs involved. If you would like to help please don’t wait to be asked. Just come to Ballinamullan anytime from 4:30pm onwards and offer your services.

Our juvenile boys footballers are at home to Dromore this Saturday at 12:00 noon and will be looking to reverse last weekend’s defeat in Dromore.

The juvenile girls are at home to Trillick tomorrow night, Thursday, at 7:00pm.

The minor hurlers were scheduled to play Dungannon tomorrow night, Thursday, but this game is to be rearranged.

Our golf classic takes place in Omagh Golf Club this Friday and once again has generated a lot of interest. This social and fundraising event is an important date in our calendar.
